Beer Cheese Smash Burgers

An elevated backyard favorite with Wild Bill’s bold Kentucky flavor.

Ingredients (Makes 4 burgers):

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • Salt & pepper
  • 4 brioche or pretzel buns
  • 4 tbsp Wild Bill’s Beer Cheese
  • 4 slices bacon (optional)
  • Lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles (optional toppings)

Instructions:

  1. Form beef into 4 thin patties. Season both sides with salt & pepper.
  2. Heat a cast iron skillet or grill to medium-high. Smash patties and cook 2–3 minutes per side.
  3. Toast buns lightly.
  4. Spread 1 tbsp of Wild Bill’s Beer Cheese on the top bun of each burger.
  5. Assemble burgers with optional toppings and bacon.
  6. Serve hot with fries or a cold beer.

Tip: Wild Bill’s melts beautifully into the burger for a bold, creamy punch.
