An elevated backyard favorite with Wild Bill’s bold Kentucky flavor.
Ingredients (Makes 4 burgers):
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- Salt & pepper
- 4 brioche or pretzel buns
- 4 tbsp Wild Bill’s Beer Cheese
- 4 slices bacon (optional)
- Lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles (optional toppings)
Instructions:
- Form beef into 4 thin patties. Season both sides with salt & pepper.
- Heat a cast iron skillet or grill to medium-high. Smash patties and cook 2–3 minutes per side.
- Toast buns lightly.
- Spread 1 tbsp of Wild Bill’s Beer Cheese on the top bun of each burger.
- Assemble burgers with optional toppings and bacon.
- Serve hot with fries or a cold beer.
