Wild Bill’s Beer Cheese Mac

Creamy comfort food meets Kentucky spice—perfect for family dinners or potlucks.

Ingredients:

  • 1 box elbow macaroni (16 oz)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup Wild Bill’s Beer Cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped scallions, bacon crumbles, or hot sauce for topping

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta according to box instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour to make a roux; cook 1–2 minutes.
  3. Slowly whisk in milk until smooth and simmering.
  4. Stir in cheddar cheese and Wild Bill’s Beer Cheese until melted.
  5. Add pasta and stir to coat evenly.
  6. Season with salt and pepper. Top with bacon or scallions if desired.
